Jacob Rivas

Jacob Rivas is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in cloud engineering and virtualization. Currently serving as a Sr. Cloud Engineer at CloudWave since October 2015, Jacob specializes in configuration and release management of various IT systems, providing expert-level support for incidents. Prior to this role, Jacob worked as a Virtualization Specialist for the Administrative Office of the United States Courts, managing over 4000 virtual servers. Previous positions include System Engineer at Aviat Networks, Sr. IT Engineer at Internet Contrasts, and Loss Prevention Associate at Walmart.
