Madison Peake

Madison Peake is an accomplished professional in human resources with extensive experience in various roles. Currently serving as a People & Culture Business Partner and Human Resources Advisor at Cloudwerx since January 2021, Madison collaborates with senior stakeholders to develop People strategies and maintains positive employee relations. Prior to this, Madison worked at Mindshare from November 2016 to December 2020 in roles including HR & Talent Coordinator and HR Assistant, where responsibilities ranged from managing HR inquiries to supporting the recruitment process. Other significant roles include Personal Assistant to Leadership at Mindshare and Front Desk Receptionist at Miramare Gardens, as well as managerial positions in the hospitality sector. Madison holds a Certificate IV in Human Resources and a Certificate IV in Business from TAFE NSW, complemented by a Higher School Certificate from Freshwater Senior Campus.
