Sidhant Gupta, Ph.D

Sidhant Gupta, Ph.D has a diverse work experience in research, technology, and academia. Sidhant is currently the Chief Technology Officer at CloudWerx and a faculty member at the University of Washington. Previously, they held roles at Microsoft as Director of Product Incubation, Research Scientist, and Strategy Advisor, where they worked on health and life sciences products and developed novel physiological monitoring technologies. Sidhant co-founded Resource Busy Technologies and served as their CTO. Sidhant also served on the boards of Ideagen and iGIANT. Sidhant holds a Ph.D in Computer Science & Engineering from the University of Washington and completed their MS in Computer Science from the Georgia Institute of Technology. Sidhant started their career as a Research Assistant at Georgia Tech and has also worked as a Research Consultant at Belkin and a Research Intern at Microsoft.

Sidhant Gupta, Ph.D earned their B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University in 2007. Sidhant then pursued an MS in Computer Science from Georgia Institute of Technology from 2007 to 2009. From 2010 to 2014, they obtained their Doctor of Philosophy degree in Computer Science from the University of Washington College of Engineering.
