Alexandra Bristow

Alexandra Bristow is the Director of Research Degrees at the Faculty of Business and Law at The Open University. An experienced academic in organization studies and organizational behavior, they possess advanced skills in qualitative research and a strong track record of international publications. With a focus on critical management issues, Alexandra's current research interests include the experiences of early-career professionals and the organizational impacts of Brexit and Trumpism. They have supervised numerous PhD students and have extensive teaching experience across all higher education levels. Additionally, Alexandra serves as Co-Editor in Chief for CMS InTouch and holds editorial positions with several academic journals.
