Ben Dryer possesses a diverse background in engineering and research, having worked as a Student Engineer at e2v from July 2006 to August 2007, focusing on the development of control software for prototype imaging systems and dental CCD measurement techniques. Following this, Ben Dryer engaged in academic research at The Open University, initially as a Post-Graduate Research Student and later as a Space Instrumentation Research Fellow from October 2019 to October 2012, concentrating on the characterization of CMOS APS technologies for space applications.
