Ben Sloot

Ben Sloot is a distinguished academic and expert in the fields of sociology and law, currently serving as a Professor of the Sociology of Law at Open University since December 1987. Sloot has held previous academic positions at the University of Maastricht and the Institute of the Sociology of Law, where focus was on the intersection of law and society as well as affirmative action. In addition to academic roles, Sloot is a partner at NoordMaat, specializing in the governance of public organizations, and serves as a non-executive director for the Time Shift Festival.
