Ceri Doyle

Ceri Doyle is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and strategic roles across various sectors. Currently serving as a Council Member at The Open University since August 2020, Ceri has been the Chief Executive of Newport City Homes since September 2014. Previous positions include Commissioner at the National Infrastructure Commission for Wales from October 2018 to December 2021, Wales Trustee for Victim Support from July 2015 to December 2019, and Development Board Member at Amgueddfa Cymru - National Museum Wales from July 2014 to November 2019. Ceri has a strong background in performance and strategy, evidenced by tenure as Director of Strategy Performance & Learning, Interim Chief Executive, and Director Wales at the Big Lottery Fund from September 2002 to July 2014. Early career experiences include serving as a Non Executive Director at Bro Morgannwg NHS Trust and Head of Service at South Lanarkshire Council. Educational credentials include a Master of Town and Regional Planning from Newcastle University and a BSc Hons in Combined Science from the University of Leicester.
