Christa Knowling

Christa Knowling is an experienced change management consultant currently serving as a Change Manager at The Open University, focusing on the integration of new reporting tools and capacity building within the Finance and Business Services department. Previously, Christa was a Programme Manager at FirstRand Group, overseeing a youth unemployment programme aimed at providing valuable work experience in a challenging economic landscape. With a rich background that spans various industries, including banking, retail, and hospitality, Christa has successfully led change initiatives at notable organizations such as Standard Bank and WesBank, while also founding the consultancy Change Elements. Christa holds a BCom in Industrial Psychology from the University of Johannesburg and completed the Management Advancement Programme at the University of the Witwatersrand Business School.
