Dennis Walder

Dennis Walder is an Emeritus Professor of Literature at Open University, where they have contributed to the field of higher education since 2010. With a specialization in Postcolonial Literatures, particularly Memory and Narrative and South African Theatre, they have published numerous monographs, award-winning stories, and poetry. Previously, Dennis served as Head of the Literature Department and has been a member of various research and promotions committees. They earned a BABComm from the University of Cape Town and both an MA(Hons) and PhD from The University of Edinburgh.
