Dr Grace Gao

Dr. Grace Gao is a Senior Lecturer in Leadership and HRM at Northumbria University and an External Examiner for the MSc HRM Program at The Open University. As an Associate Editor for Gender, Work & Organization, Dr. Gao manages the peer review process and contributes to the journal's direction. Their research focuses on feminist theories and the gendered nature of non-traditional employment, as well as advancing inclusion for East and Southeast Asian academics in the UK Higher Education sector. Dr. Gao has also published work on topics such as singlehood, mobility, and work-family integration.
