Dr Hugh Waters

Dr. Hugh Waters is an accomplished academic and leader with extensive experience in organizational studies, leadership development, and research initiative management. Dr. Waters currently serves as a Senior Lecturer in Organisation Studies at the University of the West of England and as an External Examiner for the MBA at The Open University. Previous roles include Committee Chair and Founder of "Great Ideas Start with Discussion," where funding was secured for cross-disciplinary research networking, and Co-investigator on a UK government-backed leadership development program for public service mutuals.
