Esther Spring

Esther Spring has extensive experience in media production, project management, and digital education consulting, beginning as a Production Manager at Group Impact from 1997 to 2003. Esther continued in a similar role at the BBC until 2006, overseeing significant productions including the RHS Chelsea Flower Show and various BBC programmes. Transitioning to education, Esther worked as a Media Project Manager and later as a Senior Producer at The Open University, leading the development of innovative online learning projects. Since October 2013, Esther has served as an Education and Digital Media Consultant at Small Big Details, focusing on strategic advice and project management. Additionally, Esther held roles at Packt as a Video Learning Product Manager and is currently an OD&E Lead Partner at The Open University, driving digital innovation and capabilities across the institution. Esther earned a degree from The Open University between 2007 and 2010.
