Faye Davies

Faye Davies is a strategic HR leader with extensive experience in delivering transformative HR solutions across various sectors. Faye previously served as HR Shared Services Manager at both Peel Ports Group and Allied Bakeries, where they led successful change management projects and ensured GDPR compliance. Faye has also held positions such as HR Director at Huntapac Produce Limited and HR Project Manager at the Nuclear Decommissioning Authority, where they implemented new HR systems. Currently, Faye works as Programme Delivery Lead in People Services at The Open University and continues to advance in the HR field. Faye holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from Manchester Metropolitan University Business School.
