Ignacio Romero has extensive experience in academia and research, serving as the Biomedical Research Network Director and Professor in Cellular Neuroscience at The Open University from October 2011 to December 2014. Currently, Ignacio holds the position of Associate Dean of Research & Scholarship at the Faculty of STEM at The Open University since April 2018. Ignacio earned a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Physiology from King's College London.
