Jay O'Connor is an accomplished advisor with extensive experience in stakeholder engagement, change and transformation, and governance. They served as the Managing Director of European Operations at Racepoint Global from 1998 to 2009 and have held the position of Partner at Euler Partners since 2010. Currently, Jay is a member of the International Advisory Board for the Faculty of Business and Law at The Open University and is pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy at UCL. Jay possesses multiple degrees, including a BA (Hons) from London Guildhall University, two MSc degrees from UCL and the London School of Economics, and a Diploma in Company Direction from The Institute of Directors.
