Jo Booth is an Organisational Learning Development and Effectiveness Specialist with over 15 years of HR experience across the UK, Australia, and New Zealand. They hold a Master’s degree in HR Management from RMIT University, where they developed their expertise in HR while leading a team to deliver customised solutions. Upon returning to the UK in 2015, Jo joined the Open University, where they initially supported HR operations before focusing on talent management and leadership development. Currently, Jo leads a team in Organisational Learning, implementing impactful learning initiatives, and in 2024, they spearheaded the award-winning LaWW campaign for innovation in Learning and Development.
