Jo Lambert

Jo Lambert is currently a Senior Lecturer in Management Development and Director of Teaching for Policing Organisation and Practice at The Open University, roles they have held since 2018 and 2020, respectively. With a focus on developing and delivering innovative learning solutions for managers and leaders, Jo is particularly interested in e-learning. They hold an MBA in Business from The Open University, a BCom (Hons) in Commerce from the University of Birmingham, and an MA(ODE) in Online and Distance Education from The Open University.
