Patty Watters is a versatile and creative student services professional with 20 years of experience dedicated to enhancing educational practices that promote student learning and engagement. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Learning, Curriculum, and Quality at The Open University, Patty's career includes significant roles such as Resident Director at both Western Washington University and the University of Wisconsin-River Falls, where they managed large residential communities and facilitated enriching international experiences for students. They hold a Doctor of Education in Student Affairs Administration from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse, a Master's in College Student Counseling from Bowling Green State University, and a Bachelor's in Public Administration and Spanish from St. Cloud State University.
