Paul Hillan has extensive experience in training, leadership, and organizational development across various sectors. Initially serving as Training Manager and later Head of Training for Avis Budget Group EMEA, Paul continued to advance in the field as Head of Learning & Development at Costa Coffee and Group Director of Leadership & Talent Development at Staffline Recruitment Limited. As Programme Director at London Business School, Paul oversaw executive education programs, and currently holds roles as Head of Organisational Learning & Development at The Open University and Co-Founder & Executive Coach at Strength2Strength, along with working as an Independent Senior Management Advisor since December 2019.
