Prithvi Shrestha

Prithvi Shrestha is a Senior Lecturer in English Language and Applied Linguistics at The Open University, where they design and develop English language courses and materials for open and distance learners. They have authored or co-authored over 50 research outputs and are actively involved in researching language assessment, academic writing, and educational technologies. Prithvi has led significant international development projects, including initiatives in Bangladesh and India. They have also held various roles in academia, including External Examiner positions and editing key publications in the field of English language teaching. Prithvi earned a Doctor of Education (EdD) in Applied Linguistics from The Open University and holds two master's degrees in English Literature and Applied Linguistics.
