Shailey Minocha

Shailey Minocha is a Professor Emerita of Learning Technologies and Social Computing, having held various academic positions at The Open University, including Reader in Computing, Senior Lecturer, and Lecturer of Human-Computer Interaction from 1999 to 2024. Currently, Shailey leads the Scholarship of Teaching and Learning (SoTL) initiative, mentoring colleagues and conducting impact evaluations of SoTL projects. With a rich background as a Post-Doctoral Research Scientist in Adaptive User Interface Design and a Research Fellow at City, University of London, Shailey holds an MSc in Systems Thinking in Practice from The Open University.
