Stephen Harrison

Stephen Harrison is currently the Deputy Associate Dean for Teaching Excellence at the Open University, where they also serve as a Senior Lecturer in Education focused on Youth Work. Previously, they worked as a Freelance Consultant at Gower Consultancy Services, contributing to the development of youth work training programs and providing supervisory support to various organizations. From 1997 to 2004, Stephen held multiple teaching and managerial positions at YMCA George Williams College, overseeing the development and delivery of informal education courses. Stephen earned a BA (Hons) in Informal and Community Education from YMCA George Williams College and later obtained a Master of Education from The Open University, alongside becoming a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy.
