Sumohon Matilal

Sumohon Matilal is a Senior Lecturer at the University of Sussex Business School, specializing in critical accounting. With a PhD in Management Studies from the University of Essex, Sumohon has previously served as a Lecturer in Accounting at The York Management School and the University of Exeter Business School, among others. Their research focuses on the social and political implications of accounting practices, advocating for greater diversity in accounting representation. In addition to their academic pursuits, Sumohon enjoys car mechanics, photography, sci-fi films, and playing the guitar. They also currently serve as an External Examiner at The Open University.
