Tracy Lawson

Tracy Lawson, MBA, is an experienced Senior Manager with a strong background in the higher education sector, specializing in operational leadership and team management. Having worked at The Open University from 2014 to 2019, Tracy held various senior roles, including Senior Manager of Assessment Handling Operations and Deputy Director of Student Recruitment & Fees. Prior to that, Tracy served as an Office Manager in the Legal Department at Santander from 1997 to 2004 and as a Personal Assistant at Rothmans International from 1991 to 1997. Tracy holds a Master of Business Administration from The Open University and a qualification from the Association of Project Management. Currently, Tracy serves as the Director of the Contact Centre.
