Ursula Stickler

Ursula Stickler is a Professor of Online Language Teaching at The Open University, where they previously held roles as Senior Lecturer, Pathway Lead for Innovation in Learning, Post-graduate Convenor in Languages and Applied Linguistics, and EdD Area Co-ordinator. Ursula served as Co-Editor for System, an International Journal of Educational Technology and Applied Linguistics, from 2014 to 2019 and was the Research Group Convenor for the Open Languages Research Group at CREET between 2011 and 2016. Currently, they are Co-Editor of the book series Developing Online Language Pedagogies at Castledown Publishers and an Associate Editor for the Online Learning Journal. Ursula recently completed a degree in Coach-Mentoring Skills Development at OCM Educate in 2024.
