Matt Koonce

Matt Koonce's work experience began in 1998 at Optech, where they worked as a Technician until 2001. Matt then joined Tri-Sync Communications Group as a Lead Technician from 2001 to 2006, and later became a Project Manager at the same company from 2006 to 2010. In 2012, Koonce started working at CloudWyze, Inc. as a Telephony Specialist, and held this position until 2018. Matt then became a Technical Team Lead at CloudWyze from 2018 to 2022. Following that role, Koonce served as a Technical Alignment Manager at CloudWyze from 2021 to 2022. Currently, they are working as the Senior Manager of Managed Services at CloudWyze starting from November 2022 with no end date specified.
