Charles Ickes

Charles Ickes is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in logistics, operations, and technology across various industries. As Chief Executive Officer at Bergen Logistics since June 2018, Ickes has led the company in delivering 25 million units through e-commerce and other channels for fashion and lifestyle brands. Concurrently, Ickes serves as Chief Executive Officer at CloudX Systems, developing Warehouse Management Systems for global consumer goods brands. Previous roles include Partner at New London Partners, Chief Operations Officer at Walden Local Meat Co., and Chief Logistics Officer for Rent The Runway, where significant operational improvements were achieved. Ickes has also held management positions at Madame Paulette, SLS Construction & Greenfield Contracting, and founded Accurate Mold, Inc. An alumnus of Florida Gulf Coast University, Ickes pursued advanced education at MIT, Harvard Business School, UMass Boston, and is currently pursuing an MBA at Montclair State University.
