Daniel Reichert

Daniel Reichert has over 20 years of work experience in the technology industry. Daniel currently works as a Senior Sales Engineer at CloudZero since October 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Sumo Logic for six years, where they held various roles including Architect Solutions Engineer, Senior Sales Engineer, and Sales Engineer. Before joining Sumo Logic, Daniel worked at Welltok, Inc. as a Sales Engineer / Solution Architect for a year. Daniel also spent several years at IBM, where they served as a Security Services Architect, Technical Sales Architect, and participated in the S&D Summit Program as an IT Architect. Daniel gained early experience at 2nfro as a Data Software Engineer Intern and as a Database Assistant at Syracuse University. Daniel also served in the United States Army Reserve as a Senior Information Systems Specialist, where they achieved the rank of Sergeant and was responsible for system administration and help desk support. In addition, Daniel worked at ADS Technology as a Technical Support I and at Airjet Services, Inc. as a Computer Technician.

Daniel Reichert earned a Master of Science degree in Information Management from Syracuse University in 2011. Daniel also holds a Graduate Certificate in Applied Finance from the Colorado State University College of Business, which is expected to be completed by 2023. Prior to their master's degree, Daniel received a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems Technology from the University of Central Florida in 2009. Daniel began their education by earning an Associate of Arts degree in Computer Science from Miami Dade College in 2006. In addition to their formal education, Daniel has obtained several certifications, including becoming a FOCP: FinOps Certified Practitioner from The Linux Foundation in December 2022, earning CompTIA Security+ certification in September 2009, and becoming an AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in September 2017.
