Larry Advey is currently the Director of Cloud Platform and FinOps at CloudZero, following a tenure at Twilio where they held multiple managerial roles focused on FinOps, asset management, and vendor operations across various business units. With a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Bowling Green State University, they built high-performing teams and frameworks that managed substantial costs and savings in their organizations. Additionally, Larry serves as a FinOps Ambassador and member of the Technical Advisory Council for the FinOps Foundation, contributing to open-source standards and best practices in financial operations.
