Lisa Hoover is an experienced leader in customer experience (CX), human-centered design (HCD), and user experience (UX), currently serving as the Head of Experience & Design at CloudZero. With a rich background that includes roles at KPMG US as Director of CX/UX Strategy, and as Chief Experience and Design Officer at StartupOS, Lisa has consistently driven user-first strategies across diverse organizations. Lisa holds a Master's degree in Education and Human Development from George Washington University and is pursuing further education at the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences. Passionate about enhancing digital strategies, Lisa combines empathy, analytics, and design thinking to transform user experiences.
