Sharon M. Pollard

Sharon M. Pollard currently serves as VP, Head of People & Culture at CloudZero since May 2024. Prior to this role, Sharon held the position of Sr. Director, HR Business Partner at Brightcove from September 2021 to April 2024, and served at Workhuman from September 2015 to September 2021 as a Senior Human Experience Strategy Partner and HR Business Partner. Before Workhuman, Sharon was an HR Generalist at Attivio from 2012 to 2015 and worked as a Marketing Analyst in Commercial Brokerage at Cassidy Turley FHO from 2010 to 2012. Sharon’s earlier experience includes roles as an Investment Research Analyst at Standard Life Investments from 2007 to 2009 and as a Financial Research Analyst at The Kraematon Group, Inc. from 2004 to 2007. Sharon holds a Master’s Degree in Organizational Psychology & Leadership from William James College and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from UMass Boston.
