Mor Grossman is the Global Head of Customer Success at CloudZone, a role they assumed in 2025, where they empower businesses to maximize their cloud investments. Previously, Mor worked at Amazon Web Services (AWS) from 2022 to 2024, excelling as both a DNB Account Manager and Ad-Tech Account Manager, focusing on customer success and revenue growth. Prior to their tenure at AWS, Mor served as a Project Manager in the Israel Defense Forces from 2010 to 2016 and as an Account Manager at Systematics Israel from 2016 to 2021, where they drove market growth across various high-tech industries. Mor holds an Engineer's degree in Electrical Engineering and an MBA in Strategy from Tel Aviv University.
