Johnathan Baize

Jonathan Baize, Ph.D., currently serves as the Director of Education and Director of Course Development at Clover Learning, a healthcare eLearning provider, since June 2022. Previously, Jonathan held various educational roles, including College Instructor and High School Teacher at Jefferson County Public Schools and the University of Louisville, where responsibilities included teaching college composition and mentoring teacher education students. During the tenure at the University of Louisville from August 2012 to June 2022, Jonathan taught dual-credit courses, collaborated on curriculum issues, and developed innovative instructional practices. Jonathan's extensive experience also includes teaching in Jefferson County Public Schools, where roles spanned from Secondary English Teacher to English Department Chair, and the founding of Kentucky's first public secondary Montessori program. Jonathan holds a Ph.D. in Curriculum and Instruction with a focus on Secondary Literacy from the University of Louisville.
