Shayla Wolf

Shayla Wolf has been working in the recruitment field since 2017. Shayla started their career at Express Employment Professionals as a Lead Recruiter and Staffing Consultant. In 2019, they joined Amazon as a Recruiter and then moved to Meta as a Technical Recruiter. At Meta, they were responsible for sourcing, engaging, and maintaining a pipeline of 2000+ early career, Senior, and Staff level Software Engineers for on-site and distributed roles across the US and Canada. Shayla also created market maps of 600+ companies for embedded roles and led an education initiative to create training content for gameplay, graphics, embedded, and video/camera SWE roles. Currently, they are working at Cloverly as a Lead Recruiter and is hiring Engineering (Backend and Frontend SWE) + Business (Marketing, Sales, Supply, Customer Success) roles.

Shayla Wolf attended the University of Washington from 2012 to 2016, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies and Comparative Religion.
