PAVAN KONDURU

Pavan Konduru has extensive work experience in various roles related to cloud computing, architecture, and database management.

PAVAN is currently the Cloud Practice Lead- DevOps/Managed services at Clovertex Group LLC, where they lead a team of 35+ engineers and is responsible for managing multiple projects. PAVAN played a vital role in winning a multi-year contract through their participation in an RFP for DB Managed services.

Prior to this, Pavan worked as a Sr. Cloud Architect at Anthem, Inc., where they led a team of cloud engineers and designed, built, and automated internal Anthem applications using AWS services. PAVAN also architectured new applications on AWS for both internal and external projects.

Before their role at Anthem, Pavan was a Sr. AWS Solutions Architect at Datavail. In this position, they identified design and operational inefficiencies in customer data centers and implemented improved solutions. PAVAN also designed, implemented, and maintained AWS infrastructure and application services for an enterprise-class application performance monitoring and workflow automation product.

Furthermore, Pavan has held positions such as Senior Systems Architect/Director of Cloud Services at Mattress Firm, Sr. Manager of IT at Sleepys LLC, and Principal Apps DBA at Sierra Atlantic. In these roles, they demonstrated expertise in optimizing cloud computing and infrastructure, managing Oracle and non-Oracle systems, and providing IT leadership.

Earlier in their career, Pavan worked as a Sr. Oracle APPS DBA Consultant at CNSI and a Production Support On-call Apps DBA at Macro Software Systems LLC. PAVAN also gained experience working for Oracle OnDemand Services as an Oracle Apps DBA Consultant.
