Ferran Lemus began their career in financial audit, which fostered a strong investigative drive and a deep understanding of various businesses. As a founding member of Italica Pharma, they contributed significantly to the company's growth, ultimately leading to its acquisition by the Ganassini Group. In their role as Operations and Finance Manager, they shaped the company’s operational strategy, integrating multiple departments to drive efficiency and success. Currently, Ferran serves as the Product Finance & Strategy Lead at Clovr Labs, where they evaluate new business opportunities and support market execution. Outside of work, they hold a passion for travel and outdoor activities, which led them to a short-term job opportunity in Hokkaido, Japan.
