Prior experience includes a role as Senior Underwriting Analyst at Blue Dart Ventures, LLC, from December 2018 to March 2019, and serving as Sr. Underwriter at CapAssist from August 2014 to March 2019, where responsibilities included evaluating creditworthiness of new merchants for financing programs. Additionally, Alissa worked as a Senior Compliance Specialist at Encompass Consulting Group, LLC, from February 2009 to August 2014, focusing on quality monitoring and policy recommendations. Alissa holds a State Board of Cosmetology License obtained from Independence College of Cosmetology in 2005 and completed training at Bonozon Healthcare Pvt Ltd in 2011.
