Anastasia Polo has extensive experience in technical support and integration management across various companies. Starting as a Technical Support Specialist at inCust Inc. from September 2016 to March 2019, responsibilities included analyzing customer requests, managing large projects, and overseeing integration management. Subsequently, Anastasia served as a Technical Integration Manager at Idenon from October 2019 to June 2021, where integration projects with game providers and websites were managed, alongside documentation creation and partner support. Following this, Anastasia worked as a Support Analyst at Terrasoft from March 2019 to October 2019, focusing on problem investigation, analysis of incoming cases, and advising clients. Currently, since July 2021, Anastasia holds the position of Integration Manager at Clowder®, responsible for overseeing API integrations and providing client onboarding and support.
