Matt Ross

Matt Ross began their career in 2007 as a Large Group Underwriting Intern at The Regence Group. In 2008, they moved to Fisher Investments as a Data Operations Associate. From 2010 to 2012, they worked at Capco as a Senior Consultant. Matt then joined Ernst & Young as a Manager in 2012. In 2014, Matt began working at First Republic Bank as a Director of Private Wealth Management Platform Optimization and a Sr. Project Manager. In 2021, they moved to Real as a Real Estate Advisor and REALTOR. Finally, in 2022, Matt joined Avenue 8 as a Real Estate Advisor and REALTOR. Throughout their career, they have personally bought and sold real estate 10 times, managed 5 major renovations, and managed 3 rental properties across 2 states. Matt also co-founded and served as the CEO of Clozio in 2018.

Matt Ross attended the University of Oregon - Charles H. Lundquist College of Business from 2004 to 2008, where they earned a degree in Business Administration, majoring in Finance, Economics, and Entrepreneurship. In 2006, they also attended CIMBA, where they earned a degree in Business, majoring in International Business, Finance, and Business Law.
