Conrad Ha is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in enterprise resource planning and project management, currently serving as Principal Manager - ERP at CLP since July 2010, overseeing a multi-billion dollar ERP transformation from legacy systems to a fully cloud-based solution. Previous roles at CLP include Senior Manager and Manager of Corporate Applications, where Conrad program-managed the company's advanced metering infrastructure (AMI) pilot projects, implementing integrations that enhanced customer access to real-time consumption data. Earlier career experience at Equity Underwriters Ltd involved full software development life cycle (SDLC) responsibilities for general and medical insurance systems. Conrad holds a Master’s Degree in Information Systems Management from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and completed the Accelerating Management Talent Program at Ivey Business School.
