Currently serving as a Manager in Value Creation & Portfolio Management at CLP since June 2023, Matthew previously held the role of Senior Manager at Alvarez & Marsal from July 2016 to December 2022, focusing on cost optimization and operational due diligence for private equity investors. Matthew also has a background in financial restructuring while working as an Associate at Deloitte China, providing debt restructuring advisory services and conducting comprehensive financial analyses for multinational corporations. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Lingnan University, completed in 2014, and possesses sector expertise in retail, consumer goods, and food & beverage, along with functional skills in finance, sourcing, and marketing.
