Ray Lo

Ray Lo has extensive experience in the technology sector, currently serving as Assistant Manager - Tech Dev & App at 香港中華電力有限公司 since September 2016, focusing on process improvement for eCommerce business. Previous roles include Analyst - Customer Service, where Ray supported digital transformation initiatives, and IT Analyst - Mobile, responsible for reviewing identity access management service integrations for CLP's web application. Prior to this, Ray was a Senior Analyst Programmer at Trumptech (Hong Kong) Limited, acting as Scrum Master for an Agile development team, and worked as a Programmer at Mobilesoft Technology (Hong Kong) Limited, supporting popular mobile applications. Ray holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electronics and Information Engineering and a Master of Science in Technology Management from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
