William Ling

Manager, Customer Solutions

William Ling currently serves as the Manager of Customer Solutions at CLP since October 2023. Previously, William held the position of Director for the Greater Bay Area at Laiye from September 2021 to December 2022. William has extensive experience in technology management, having worked at Cathay Pacific as Technology Manager focusing on innovation and intelligent automation, where responsibilities included HR digital transformation and RPA program management. Earlier roles include Team Lead for Intelligent Automation & Tech at Cognizant, and RPA Project Lead at Cathay Pacific, where William successfully implemented over 50 bots using UiPath. William earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry from The Chinese University of Hong Kong in 2012.
