Ben Bonny

Ben Bonny has a solid work experience in the financial industry. Ben began their career as a Futures Trader at Marex Spectron in 2003 and worked there until 2007. Ben then joined Robert Walters as a Manager in Investment Banking Financial Services from 2007 to 2012. Following that, they worked at Barclays Investment Bank as the Head of Direct Resourcing, where they built and managed a global team covering various positions across the Investment Bank. From 2015 until present, they have been the Director of HR and Global Head of Talent Acquisition/Resourcing at CLS Group, where they are responsible for talent acquisition and retention for the company's global operations.

Ben Bonny attended Ibstock Place School for an unspecified period of time. After completing their education at Ibstock Place School, they enrolled at the University of Brighton where they earned a 2:1 degree in Business Studies.
