Daniel Gabb

Daniel Gabb has extensive work experience in the financial industry. Daniel started their career as an FX Sales Trader at First International Bank of Israel in 1994, where they worked until 2000. Daniel then joined HSBC as an Equity Trader on the buy-side from 2000 to 2005. From 2005 to 2020, Daniel worked at Leumi UK, holding various roles including Head of FX & Derivatives, Head of Dealing Room, and Head of Treasury. Currently, they are employed at CLS Group, where they have held positions including Sales EMEA, Senior Sales Manager EMEA, and Senior Client Development since 2021. CLS Group specializes in FX Settlement Services and Settlement Risk Mitigation, offering standardized solutions to market problems.

Daniel Gabb attended Cirencester College from 1992 to 1994, where they studied Economics. Daniel obtained several additional certifications throughout their career, including the Securities Representative certification from The Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (The CISI) in November 1996. In March 1998, they obtained the Financial Derivatives certification from the same institution, followed by the Commodity Derivatives certification in May 1998. In April 2015, they obtained the Cf30 certification from the Financial Conduct Authority. Most recently, in December 2019, they obtained the Senior Managers Certified certification from the Financial Conduct Authority.
