James Bird

James Bird has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. James began their career in 2013 with work experience at Marex Spectron, followed by a similar role at Met Traders Ltd in 2015. In 2017, they worked as a Groceries Online Shopper at Sainsbury's, where they achieved success in meeting IPH targets. James then worked as a Telemarketer at The Telemarketing Company, excelling in a challenging campaign for Funding Circle. James gained further experience in the financial industry as a Trainee IT Production Support at Société Générale in 2018, where they handled incident and problem management, as well as participating in production meetings. James continued their work at Société Générale as an Assistant in the Business Management Office, responsible for risk monitoring and producing monthly dashboard reviews. Later, they served as the Assistant to the Head of Business Operations and Business Management Office, where they performed trade reconciliations and communicated with teams to fix breaks. James currently works at CLS Group as a Technology Business Management Support Assistant.

From 2013 to 2017, James Bird attended the University of Sussex, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Management.
