Jamila Sevak

Jamila Sevak has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Jamila began their career at Computer Associates in 1998 as an HR Representative. From there, they joined UBS as an HR Recruiter, where they supervised the technical college recruitment program and developed recruiting assistants. In 2000, Jamila joined TIAA-CREF as a Senior Director of HR Business Partner, managing and developing a team and providing a full range of HR services. Jamila stayed with TIAA-CREF until 2013. In 2014, they worked as a Senior Career Consultant at Mullin & Associates/Lincolnshire before joining CLS Group as the Global Head of Human Resources. Jamila then moved to CLS Bank as the Head of HR Business Partnering US. Jamila's work experience demonstrates their expertise in HR management, talent management, organizational design, and recruitment.

Jamila Sevak has a B.A. degree in Psychology from SUNY Geneseo. Additionally, they have an M.A. degree in Industrial & Organizational Psychology from Hofstra University.
