Jen Baker

Jen Baker has a diverse work experience in human resources. Jen is currently the Head of HR for UK, Germany, and APAC at CLS Group since 2023. Prior to that, they worked as an EMEA Business Partner at Morningstar from 2022 to 2023. From 2018 to 2022, Jen worked at Houlihan Lokey, first as an Associate Director of International Human Resources, where they developed and implemented a people strategy, and later as the HR Manager for Europe, Middle East, and Asia Pacific, where they provided guidance on employee lifecycle management. Before that, they worked at Kroll as the HR Manager for EMEA and as a Senior HR Advisor. Jen also worked as an Employee Relations Specialist at AXA Investment Managers and as a Human Resources Assistant at Davies Group Loss Adjusters.

Jen Baker completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Business Administration and Management from the University of Greenwich, attending from 2005 to 2008. Jen went on to pursue an Advanced Diploma in Human Resource Management at MidKent College, graduating in 2012 after enrolling in 2011. Prior to their tertiary education, they attended Aylesford School from 1998 to 2005, where they completed their A Level and GCSE education.
