Kate Norris

Kate Norris is an experienced talent acquisition professional with a strong background in recruitment and consulting. Since July 2019, Kate has served as a Talent Acquisition Manager at CLS Group, previously holding the position of Talent Acquisition Specialist. Prior to joining CLS Group, Kate worked at Kite Human Capital from October 2016 to July 2019, progressing through roles including Senior Managing Consultant, Recruitment Consultant, and Associate Recruiter. Kate holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Criminology and Sociology from the University of Brighton, completed in 2016.
