Marcus Costello has a strong and extensive work experience. Marcus started their career in 2001 as a Developer at Alcatel, where they developed a solution for authoring and publishing Internal Memos. In 2002, they joined Deutsche Bank as a Software Developer/Business Analyst, and later became a Project Manager. Marcus worked at Deutsche Bank until 2006.

Afterwards, Marcus joined JPMorgan Chase in 2006, where they initially worked as a Project Manager. From 2007 to 2012, they held the position of Program Manager, leading strategic technology programs and projects in IB Technology, particularly in Derivatives, Currencies, and Regulatory change programs. Marcus successfully managed teams of 50+ people, covering all aspects of the Project and Software Development Life-cycle.

In 2012, Marcus joined CLS Group as an Executive Director, taking on the role of Head of End-to-End Program Management. Marcus was responsible for delivering a diverse portfolio of programs, including Security, Infrastructure, and Corporate change. Additionally, they led a team of Project/Program Managers and Business Analysts. In 2018, they transitioned to the position of Head of Technology Change & Transformation at CLS Group.

Marcus Costello has consistently held senior and leadership roles throughout their career, demonstrating their ability to successfully manage and deliver complex programs and projects in the technology and financial sectors.

Marcus Costello attended University College Cork from 1998 to 2002, where they earned a First Class Honours degree in Computer Science.
